Bank transfer to a Monobank account
You can pay for your purchase by transferring the funds to a Monobank bank card linked to the settlement account. Please contact us to receive the card number and bank account details.
Cash on delivery
Cash-on-delivery payment is available when your order is delivered by Nova Poshta. You receive the product at the post office, inspect and check it, and if everything meets your expectations, you pay the specified amount to the sender of the parcel.Please note that the cash transfer service is subject to an additional fee according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.A minimum prepayment of UAH 100 to the seller’s account is required when placing an order. The exact amount will be provided by our manager. The prepayment amount may vary depending on the product and whether individual engraving is requested.
Delivery via Ukrposhta — available only with full payment to the bank account or to the Monobank card linked to the settlement account.

Delivery within Ukraine
We deliver TM Teploff leather goods throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Delivery takes approximately 1–2 days from the date of shipment.
Production time: individual orders — 3–5 business days. Bags — from 5 business days.
 
For orders shipped within Ukraine, there are two payment options:
Payment upon delivery:
  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch in your city — approximately UAH 100–150.
Prepayment by bank card:
  • Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch in your city — approximately UAH 100–150, depending on the carrier;
  • Door-to-door courier delivery — approximately UAH 150–170, depending on the carrier.
